About Collins iPod Phrasebooks
Collins iPod phrasebooks contain approximately 500 travel phrases, in categories like accommodation, business travel and emergencies. Navigate quickly to the translation you need – from, 'I'll have the fish, please', to, 'I am allergic to penicillin'. Each phrase has been recorded by a native speaker so you can listen, replay and rehearse phrases until you feel confident enough to speak them yourself. Hear how the language is pronounced through your headphones, and see how it's written on your iPod screen.
Collins iPhrasefinders make an excellent travel companion and are a must if you're going abroad for your holidays. We've taken our print Phrasefinders, found in the back of Collins Gem dictionaries, and made clickable audio versions for your iPod. English to Spanish, English to German, English to Portuguese, English to Italian, English to French, English to Polish and English to Mandarin are all available.

Compatibility
You can install the application from your Windows or Mac computer. Because of the visual components, Collins iPhrasefinders are only compatible with iPod Classic and iPod Nano models. Collins iPhrasefinders are not compatible with the iPod Touch and iPhone.
No iPod? No problem. We also have Collins 40-minute Lessons which suit any MP3 player.
Due to technical requirements, only one iPhrasefinder can be uploaded to your iPod at a time.
